What is your return and damage policy?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted as production may have begun.

Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@oceanriellestudio.com with photos of the item and packaging — we will arrange a suitable resolution.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to all destinations available at checkout.

Any applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are covered by us, so the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

Can I request a custom commission?

Yes. We welcome custom orders, including specific gemstone selections, bracelet sizes, or bead configurations. Use the contact form to describe your requirements and we will get back to you within 1–2 business days.

How long does production take?

Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order handcrafted bracelets may require additional production time depending on the design and gemstone selection. Estimated production time will be confirmed after your order is placed.
